Hello. Is it possible that group of customers can open certain request (like question, problem...), and another group with more permissions can open even more (administration request, new functionality...)? We have lots of customers but not everyone should open all of requests.. If not, is there any known app-s that can help us with this?

On Jira Service Desk, when we add customers to a project, they will be able to see and create tickets for all Request types.
Currently, it's not possible to restrict what Request types will be available for each customer or group of customers.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

If there are some Request types that should be restricted, the best option is to create a project specifically for that and let the project closed, so only customers added to the project will be able to create tickets.
