Is there a SAP data manager adapter planned?

Oliver Strauß November 18, 2024 edited

Hi all,

we would like to create CRMs via Jira Service desk and are looking for a way to integrate SAP into the JSD Asset management function.

Thank a lot in advance

Oliver

Hello @Oliver Strauß

this is Björn Misch from catworkx. Greetings from Hamburg!

There is a Connector on the Atlassian Marketplace that might be interesting for you if you are running a Data Center Instance. We already set up SAP <-> Jira Data Center synchronization. Reach out if you need any further help.

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222448/teamworkx-connector-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview

If you are looking for a Jira Cloud solution, we are also already experienced with SAP <-> Jira Cloud. We should discuss in detail, what exactly you need and how to accomplish your goals.

Best regards

Björn Misch

Welcome @Oliver Strauß

You can export your SAP data with CSV, which you can use to import in your assets where you can map your data to the asset attributes in JSM.

Find more here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/prepare-your-data-for-importing-into-assets/
