Our company is working with Service Desk product and we got the necessity to share the issue with the team involved in order they can see the issue. Those teams are defined in JIRA Groups, so we would like to know if there is a way to map those JIRA Groups to JIRA Service Desk Organization.

There is no way to do this unfortunately.
You can start by providing your internal group with the "read only" role in the projects permissions, allowing them to search and view issues globally.
Of course they also need to have been provisioned a JIRA license (not JSD license)
