Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Hi,
I was wondering if there's a way to open up a Confluence space that is linked to a JSM project only to users that are invited to that JSM project? Without having to allow anonymous access to that Confluence space.
Anonymous access works great when a JSM project is public but it does not seem to be a way to allow access to "internal" users only.
Cheers.
Julien.
Hello @Julien Béchade
This is something which can be achieved using the Knowledge Base part of the JSM project. This can be configured to open up the articles to the users of the JSM project.

Hi @Gaurav and thanks for your reply!
I am not aware of another way than to allow anonymous access on a Confluence space.
Could you explain how to proceed then?
Cheers.
Julien.
