Hi So we're about to expand the number of users on our service desk and want their responses to be checked before going back to a client. Other than using the internal note, Is there a way to draft a response and only have it issued to the client once someone "checks" it via the workflow?

Hi @Simon - Unfortunately no (at least not natively). I would recommend checking the marketplace for something. I'm not aware of any apps that can provide this though.
