Is there anyway to make the wider popup when editing the Activity?

As we logged the activity under Log Work for each case, when we edit/add that activity, the pop up is not wider enough. See the pic below:

Is there any way that can customise this pop-up in terms of size?

No, that would required code change, which you can't do on Cloud.

You could raise this as a feature request/improvement for Atlassian over at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse (if there isn't one already)
