I am trying to create a daily task and once that task is created attach a form to it.
The first rule just creates a task daily and gives it label daily-checklist.
The second rule detects task creation, checks label, and attaches form.
However, the second rule is only detecting issues created by me and not automation.
Any ideas why?
Have you check the audit log on your 2nd rule to determine what took place for those issues created from your 1st rule?

Please provide your rules setup (i.e. Screenshots) if possible. So, in the rule's audit log is not showing any issue created by the your 1st automation rule?

Hi @Joseph Chung Yin ,
Pls see below screenshots. As you can see rule 1 has created issues many times but none were detected by rule 2. only ones detected are ones created manually.
Thanks,
Zain

For your second rule's audit log, can click on "show more" for more details?

Please manually kick-off your rule 1 for testing and ensure that the issue created is pick-up by your rule #2 and processed successfully. Meaning that you can see the audit log for rule #2 and show more is displaying the issue created by your manual invocation of rule #1.
