Hello, I have set up my project to request the satisfaction survey, but it is not reaching the customers. What could be missing?

I would look at the custom email address configuration and make sure that you've got SPF/DKIM/DMARC set correctly for your domain (unless the survey email originates from the atlassian.net domain).
It's not unusual for receiving servers to reject emails that they can't verify.
Today, other types of alerts are coming in; anyway, I will check what you mentioned.
