Hello! I am facing an issue regarding the Checklist visibility. Me and one of my colleagues have the same roles and permissions. Moreover, the Permissions in the Checklist for Jira Cloud settings are disabled. Even so, I am able to see and edit the checklists while they are not. I have checked with other my colleagues and all of them have no issues accessing the module. Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem?

We will need some more information to troubleshoot the problem.
Since this issue is associated with a 3rd party add-on "Checklist for Jira Cloud", you should contact the vendor for support and analysis. This is the best way to address your issue on hand.
