JIRA JSM portal customer app - roadmap/features

Hello Atlassian's,

I am pretty curious what is in the backlog for the JIRA Cloud mobile app. Unfortunately there is no any roadmap or am I just blind? :)

There is a lot of things which should be added like:

Branded customer portal app for mobiles - because our customers using portal are most important and they are still using only browsers even on smartphones

Extend mobile app for barcode scanning and make Insight (Assets) real ITAM with app allowing our ITAM people to receive, track, verify, audit devices in object schemes

and more ofc...

Would be nice to get more informations

If you don’t mind using a third party product we recommend to look at our Mobility for Jira mobile apps. We have been supporting this functionality for several years and our apps are mostly used by larger organizations. You will get a mobile app for Jira and a JSM portal app in one offering. The JSM app can be branded. We support QR codes for a variety of use cases including Insight asset management.

Once the add-on is installed you can use any of these apps

• Mobility for Jira - Team (Jira app that includes JSM agent view)
