JIRA Service Desk Widget Broken

The widget is continuously broken when trying to activate it. Is this a known issue?

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please share with us what error you are receiving when you try to save the widget?
If possible, send a screenshot of the page for us, just make sure to hide any personal information.

Sorry for the delay in reply, essentially i click configure widget and then presented with this error, forever.

Thank you for the screenshot, Andy. This is indeed a known issue and to fix that, we must escalate the issue to our dev team.
As we will need to check personal information to escalate the issue, I opened a ticket with our support and they will do this escalation.
You should have received a notification and soon someone will contact you.
