JIRA Service Management Pricing

We were previously under Premium Plan but downgraded due to a recent package/plan change last October 2024.  May I know if the Stakeholder role is still available to us under Standard Plan. It says that this user is not billable, is it same case for Standard plan as I am still seeing it as an option for me?

Based on https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/pricing Stakeholders are not included in Standard plan.
