JQL internal server error issue

When I am trying to retrieve some data using the JQL statement, the queues in the project shows an error (Internal Server Error).

Can anyone help me what I need to do with it?

Hi Rashid,

as you stated you are using Jira cloud but the error on first sight suggests it *might* not come out of Jira directly - could you please confirm you are using a Cloud subscription but not an on-premise installation (on your own servers or on a cloud hosting like AWS)?

Could you please kindly also attach a screenshot for better understanding where the error message exactly appears?

Please also state the exact query, if possible and last but not least if you are using Apps (installed via Marketplace) and if yes, could you please name them?
