JSM Dashboard - Description available

Do we have a way to have a description of the JSM Dashboard available to explain the purpose of the dashboard without using the Rich Text Gadget? I see for each filter, we have the ability to click on Filter details but within a JSM Dashboard no filter options?

Which JSM gadget are you refering to? The only gadget that is offered by JSM for a gadget is a filter count.
