JSM agent cant tag other agent

JSM agents cant tag other agents if they are not given a trusted user role. How can we tag other agents within the project without giving them trusted user roles.

Tagging other agents is only allowed when you have a public project (accessible by any user within your instance) or when you add the agent to the People list in your project.
