What is with the error "The associated request type does not have a visible Description field" (see screenshot) when it clearly does have a visible Description field (see other screenshot)?

@Nick Savage When you click on the description what is the actual issue field, can you confirm it is the description field.
Is the "Get IT Help" service request type associated with the email channel?

What does the screenshot look like for your "Email Request" form? I ask because I think you're showing a different request type that's on your portal. The Email request is a special request type that's not on the portal.
