Jira Cloud for Sheets not working with Request Type

Hi everyone,

We're trying to set up Jira Cloud for Sheets for an internal team who use a JSM project. 

We have the add-on available and I've tested writing a query which includes the request type but nothing comes up. When I try the same with 'issuetype' it works so I assume the problem is related to the request type field.

Just to clarify, on the internal view of the ticket, the agents do select the relevant request type so that the link to the portal becomes available in the internal ticket view.

Additionally, when I run the same query in Jira I get the relevant results.

Is there a way to include this info in the google sheets?

If you are using this app (jira-cloud-for-google-sheets-official ) and this jql function isn't working?

Hi @Marc - Devoteam yes, same one - for other queries which don't involve the request type it works fine so was wondering if that's a limitation on the app's side or unexpected behaviour.

Hi @Spasimira Genova , can you share your JQL? Is your project TMP or CMP?

it would be interesting to try with Excel if you have access. I just was successful there. I will try Sheets later if I get a moment.

Hey @Jack Brickey so it's a Service Management project, JQL I'm using is
project = "Legal Service Desk" AND "Request Type" = "DSAR (Access request) (LSD)"

For some reason it just worked now after not loading anything for 2 days - I don't know what happened!
