From my understanding OpsGenie has been moved into Jira service management.
I have a team member who is trying to view "Operations" section in Jira and he can see his team members just fine. He needs to be able to view other teams operations section within jira/service management. Which permission would he need to be able to view all teams?
For context in Jira you click on "Teams" and select "Search People & Teams, then click "browse all teams" clicks on a team and is able to view the operations section. Is there a specific membership he needs access to view all teams operations"
I included screenshots of what I am referring to.
Hey @Raymond Correa
This link should help you: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-the-member-roles-in-operations/
In short, they will need an administrative role like an Operations admin.
Hi Laura,
Where exactly would we change this settings? I am not able to find those roles you mentioned.
