Hi All, please advise I have problem the workflow status I define for a project/request type is not appear on Jira service desk portal
In the project page, I can see the new status and transition into it.
Please advise how to administer/config so the other status appear in Jira service desk portal

Hi,
its the transition , that a customer can use.
to configure it go to the workflow an click "show transition in the customer portal" .
So it would be appear when the transition can be used in the portal.

It works. I also must create a screen. not sure if this is needed though but your clue sparks my intended requirement.
