'Link issue' button doesn't work

Hello guys!

We have 2 Projects inside Jira: 'VENDA' and 'STHF'. We'd like to link items between them, through the project VENDA it is possible, but through STHF it doesn't work. Inside the project STHF when clicking on the 'Link issue' button nothing happens.

When we make the link through the project that works, this linked item does not appear in the item of the other project.

This issue has started since we migrated from Jira Server to Cloud. In Server version it  was working fine.
