Could you kindly verify if the Estimation feature is enabled in the newly created team-managed project?
Navigate to Project settings > Features > Estimation.
If it's not enabled, please enable it and check if you can now log time.
Thank you.
After Checking Project settings > Features > Estimation as mentioned, it was Off.
Turning On this feature, Resolve the Issue
One more question, when I tried to Turn this Feature Off, Time Log functionality was still there. Why?
Thanks

Now it is available

Hello Shahzad,
it's possible to log time in a Team Managed Project too.

Thanks
