Does anybody experienced any problem with interaction between 2 different Jira SD instances?
Use-case: there is a 2-levels customer service desk, each level implemented using a different instance of Jira SD. The 1st level forwards a request to the 2nd level, but the request is not completely clear and it requires clarifications. The 2nd level sends a Jira SD notification to the 1st level, asking for clarifications; the 1st level uses a plugin (like Jira Email This Issue) to answer the request of clarifications. Unfortunately this last message doens't contain the 2nd level issue key, and it doesn't get recognized and it creates a new issue.
How do you fix this?
Is there any customizable way to have the Mail Handler recognizing the e-mail which don't have the isseu key in the subject, but still are part of the same thread/issue?
