How to remove major incidents section from JSM project? Every service desk project we create there is „ major incidents” section which shows ale Opsgenie incidents ongoing. How to remove the visobility on those? We dont want to have this tab at all on our JSM projects
Major Incidents is part of the Incident feature, so you would have to turn that feature off. Your other option is to create new projects that are not based on the ITSM template.
Note that you can only turn off the Incident feature if you do not have request types in that category.
