Make fields required only for Agent in jsm project

I need to make certain fields mandatory if the task is created by an agent, but not show it to the user on the portal. If you do it through a request form, the customer sees the field. I know that you can make fields mandatory when transferring to the next status, but I would like it so that when an agent creates through a project and not a portal, he would have mandatory fields

Hi @Amir Atadjanov

Place these fields on the work item view and when creating an issue, don't choose a request type, from the request type option.

Hi @Amir Atadjanov

This is not an option, as making fields required in a field configuration, they will be mandatory on creating a ticket from the portal as well, even if they are not on the request type

A solution could be to create different work/issue types, with the same information and both it's on filed configuration and screens.

Then you can provide mandatory options on fields on one type and not on the other.

Hi @Amir Atadjanov

You don't have to be rude, what you want is not possible in Jira.

So I provided a work around for you, if that will not work for you, so be it.

did you complain to the moderators? for what rudeness? I already know what can't be done and your work around is nonsense. Not knowing the answer is quite normal but you just rewrote the options that I already described in the question task, therefore I have already tried. Why are you helping just for the sake of it.

If I offended you, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, but just think about what you're writing. All the best.
