The option to share a service request with others in your "Organization" is great, but can we make "No" the default answer? Then the report can decide when to share a request with their team when necessary and not have to remember to set this field to no.

Navigate to your global Jira Service Management configuration, then under the question "Should new requests automatically be shared with a customer's organization?", change the value to
No, don't share email requests with the customer's organization. Requests sent from the portal will not be shared unless the customer selects otherwise
