I have an automation rule to create various sub-tasks and three service requests. In addition, I have rules to update the three service request's request types when created but the rules are not working. I have tried various other triggers but the only one that has worked is the manual trigger. What am I missing for the three rules to trigger when created. Below is a screen shot of one of the rules.
Since the issues are being created by automation I would check if this checkbox is checked on the Rule Details page
