Can we modify the Issue Collector with custom CSS or Javascript? At all?

Even if it is kind of a hack, is there any way at all to restyle the Issue Collector?

We develop a B2B SaaS app, and we want our end user to be able to give feedback & suggestions in an integrated UI.

The UX of JSM or Issue Collector is too different from our app UX

there has been a feature request for this for a decade that got closed last November: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-29313

I don't think there will be anything customizable in terms of the issue collector.
The only workaround I could imagine right now would be a custom form that pushes data to the Jira REST API directly.
If you are using JSM anyway what is the use case for the issue collector?
