So my company is in need to have a new jira service desk, but there need to be two logos, two banners and they need to be almost completely apart, right now we have two projects and would like to separate their service desk, using two URLs.
If needed we can change our current jira plan
In order to create multiple help centers you need to be on a Premium Plan or higher, that gives you the option to create more help desks that can look different and have separate URLs. Have a look at this KB for more information. Your other option if you do not want to change to a higher plan would be to use an app from the Marketplace. I know that Refined can do this but there might be other apps that can do it too.
