I created 5 queues and i want to assign tickect by queue , i looked this post but i cannot get it work

What kind of an issue do you have? You can simply check the box near to issue and assign from queue. Can you please share a screenshot?

,im using cloud version and when i selected i see the exact menu you sent , from there how i move to a diferrent queue then

I see two items missing from the provided screenshot. After assign you should see Transition and Delete. Click Transition and then transition the request to the next queue.

If your goal is to transition to DEMAT then select that transition from the transition dropdown. If it is not available then you may need to modify your workflow.
