Hi. I have multiple sites inside my organization for a multi brand company, with shared teams in some cases.

How can I see these multiple projects on a single board ?

I see that I can create a query on a single board, but it only shows projects inside the same site.

I need to have multiple sites.

How can I achieve it ?

Hello Ezequiel,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Jira Cloud sites are independent, so when e create a project it will be specific for that site and the only way for this project to be available on another site is by exporting and importing a backup.

Currently, it's not possible to link two or more Jira sites and merge projects and issues to show everything on one URL.

If you need to merge all your Jira sites into one (including projects, issues, users, settings), it will be necessary to import the backups to a Jira Server site and then migrate back to Cloud. For more details, please check the documentation below:

Regards,
Angélica
