Experiencing an issue in which multiple customers are seeing tickets from other users. What could be causing this?

Hi @Luis Andino Rodriguez Is the Organisation field set? Did you check if the reporter of the ticket in question belongs to the same Organisation?

They are part of the same org. Is there a way to hide the tickets from each other?

Administration->Products->Configuration (under Jira Service Management)

Select No for "Should new requests automatically be shared with a customer's organization?"
