Hi.
My incoming email to jira@compagnyname.atlassian.net do not open new tickets.
In Project Settings,
Email Request;
My default email adresse was jira@compagnyname.atlassian.net
I think I've changed it to support@compagnyname.atlassian.net
I think that is what is causing the problem.
When I go to change it back to jira@ it says that another project is currently using this email.
I've went to all service desk project and they all use projectname@compagnyname.atlassian.net
What could I do ?
