With Opsgenie getting integrated into JSM for the integrated packages, we were told that we would have access to JIRA's vast Automations system.
Will we be allowed to set up any automations that are based on "If X amount of any alert comes in, open incident"?
As I cannot use the "Lookup Issues" automation on the Sandbox environment's automation, but I can use it on any other project but the JSM one.
