New JSM Opsgenie Merge API Key

Hi ,
We have set up the new JSM Opsgenie Merge / Embedded version ( i.e /operations)

We have to integrate the Opsgenie schedule and users with a 3rd party app. 
We are giving the API key but the 3rd party app is not not able to access the schedule or other scopes. 

How and where to generate the API keys
