Not able to see SLA's for particular project

Hi Team,

 

I am using cloud version of Jira service desk, where for one particular project i am not able to see SLA's (when i am pressing refresh just it is blinking and disappearing)

All users are Jira service desk agents & i am having admin access also.

 

Could anyone please resolve this.

Out of curiosity, When did it last work?

One thing you could try, is Creating a new SLA tracking a different thing, like Time to a particular status, this will do 2 things, one you'll see if there's a problem with your original SLA, and two it will basically force the project to go through and attempt to Re-SLA everything.

 

One thing that happened to use recently is we accidentally set up an SLA that the JQL's actually excluded the whole project.
