We are using JSM Cloud and facing the following issue:
We set the customer permissions to "Don't allow customers to create accounts", which we want and need to do in order to make sure not anybody from a customer can contact us.
Now people not added to the Service Project as customers can not create a ticket via Emailed Request, which is exactly what we want.
BUT: If somebody without the needed access writes an email, and it gets rejected by the mail handler, it would be nice to have a notification for them or us, or both.
F.e. "You do not have the needed permission to.... Please contact your companies point of contact to JansCompany" and "Mail Handler rejected an email in service project XY due to "Signup is not currently available""
Does anybody know of a way to achieve this?
