OSLC connect issue OCFD-SRV066 ERROR code

Please clear the configuration by navigating to project setting --> OSLC connect --> global configuration --> check which configuration is showing the prod link --> for the wrong connection click on "..." available at right corner --> select clear configuration --> click on clear locally.

Can we clear the configuration in bulk using this setting ?

Could you explain what this "OSLC Connect" thing is?  Is it coming from an app you have installed?  Have you read the docs for the app to see if it has this function?
