We have one customer that says she does not get any results when searching for cases on the portal. She also says she can't see all of the cases she was the reporter on. I did a screen share and she is correct about seeing all the cases. She is only seeing the most recent. Any suggestions you have will be appreciated.

What i understand is she can only see the most recent which means she can see issues but not sure where is the issue you talking about.
Did you try to change the filters?
Without revealing too many details about your environment, any chance you can share a screenshot of what the customer sees and perhaps an example of one of those tickets he/she does not find?
Perhaps that way we can troubleshoot or see what could be "wrong"
