I'm looking at On Call Reports under Anlaytics, and I see older on-call data, but when I click refresh, I don't see data just added today.
To test this out, I created a new schedule with two people in it. When I clear all filters and click refresh, I don't see these two people.
It seems maybe data is refreshed on some sort of schedule (maybe nightly), but I can't find anything to validate that.
How does this work? When is data from on-call schedules available for this report?
