I am setting up a new service desk project. When I added an organization, the site prompted that this organization exists in 1 other project. When I added users to that organization, the site prompted "The organization XXX is used in 1 other project. Customers you add to it can view requests shared with the organization and raise their own requests in those projects."
How do I find the other project that shares this organization?
Heard back from support, you cannot get at this information right now. Best thing to do is check each project individually and delete the erroneous organization(s) from the other service desk projects. Here's the feature if you want to vote for it.
I can see what are the other projects from the Jira Database.
The mapping of organization ID and project IDs is the table: "AO_54307E_ORGANIZATION_PROJECT"
The organization name for a given ID is in table: "AO_54307E_ORGANIZATION"
The project name for a given ID is in table: "project"
