Our automation user has left. I can't select another user for project automation.

We can't select another user for project automation.

Please help me.image.png

Hi Turbold,

Do you have other agents/admins in the project?

The automations can only run as users who are agents OR admins in the project the rule is based in.

Yes, I am admin user in the project.

In that case it will have to be run as you or any other agents/admins.

For our instance we made a generic account that's an agent in all projects and is the account the automations run as.

I am also having this problem.  Harry's solution does not work because the problem itself is the fact that the form does not allow you to choose from existing admins.
