Pop up which requiare resolution field beforo transitioned to Done

I have noticed that in  'Report a maintenance issue' type

When i transition the issue to 'Done'  A pop-up opens with the resoilution,

How can I configure the same thing in other request types?

Hi Noa,

you came across a so called 'transition screen'.

To also have it for other issue types it will be necessary to check their workflow scheme to see to which workflow they are linked. Then you can create a new transition screen and link it to that transition - or - use an existing one.

Currently there will be very likely a different workflow active - compared to the current one that is used for the "Report a maintenance issue". This is why you don't see it for the other issue types when you transition to "Done".
