Hi, is there a problem with previews of images sent via email in JSM? 

All users in my workspace are reporting that images re not loading in comments. They are not corrupted - you can download and view them, but previews are not loading.

Hi, 

There may be an issue with media caching on your end.
I recommend opening a support ticket at support.atlassian.com.
