We've created a project board and customised the List View to include the required columns appearing in a certain order.  Is it possible to have this as a default view for everyone invited to the project, rather than each individual having to do this manually?

I believe list view functionality is same across all Jira products and project types (when looking at the backend). That being said, there's a feature request on having ability to set default List view columns:

• JWMCLOUD-98 Ability to set default List view columns, controlled by admin of each project 

Even though it's in JWM JAC project, I believe it will cover the functionality you're looking for. You can vote and watch on that suggestion to monitor if and when it will be released.
