I've been digging through the Atlassian documentation and cannot find this information.
We have a JSD (Jira Service Desk) project created for external customers. It is cloud-based. We have already opened up the public permissions for our project (discussed here). We are trying to find the public URL that we can provide to customers. Where can we find it? Thank you.
Go to configure the project, and look for "channels". The public url is the one (shown. although usually truncated and not-copyable, in yet another poor layout choice) under "Help Centre"
you may also want to consider using the Widget feature which allows you to embed a help desk widget into any web page. This works well if your customers are already accessing some public portal/website you have in place.

Thank you.
Its amazing that a half dozen searches could not find that panel.
For a company that makes such great products, I don't understand why they have such poor documentation. Most documentation pages are completely inaccurate (referencing non existent pages) or infuriatingly vague ("go to the Project page" --which project page?!?!?). Hence most questions require support question. Sigh.
Anyway. Thank you!

>"go to the Project page"
Exactly why I always try to say "project admin page" or "go to configure the project" - I tend to think of "project page" as being "whatever you hit this week when you click on a project link", which is unclear to me.
I also have to admit I had to go check. Last time I looked, I thought it was a lot more clear - you log in as an agent, go to anywhere in the project and the sidebar had something like "go to portal", which we all instantly associate with "the web page people raise requests from". But, no longer.
