Hello All,
If a user wants to enter an email address for a request type in our portal, email addresses of people who have previously used the portal are displayed. Or there is a drop-down menu that he can click on, then he sees the total email addresses that have previously made requests.
Where can I change the setting so that no list of email addresses is displayed here?

This only applies to JSM agents, they will see the 'Raise this request on behalf of' / 'Anfrage einstellen in Auftrag von'.
A customer does not see this field at all. To see it yourself, open the portal in an anonymous/private browser session.
