Hello Community,
given a Service Management project where agents are configured to add customers (this works!) is it correct that ONLY the project admin can remove that customer from the list of customers?
Is this correct or do we miss a configuration option?
Given it is correct what we observed - could you please outline why an agent can add a customer but not remove it.
I believe we are using it wrong or missed a configuration checkbox.

Good evening!
It makes sense your observation, but really to delete is in another place that a member of the team does not have access.
You can see the admin will need to go to Project Settings > People. And the Team Member/agent does not have this access.
