A service desk user is able to add additional forms to a ticket, is it possible to allow an external user to do the same? There are scenarios where an external user will need to create a ticket and then attach a separate form to the same ticket for multiple items to be addressed in one ticket.

Currently we don't have that feature available in Jira Service Management where external users can dynamically add forms to ticket.
