Hello. I have a problem in Assets, Service Catalogue, in attributes I can’t change Type Value, it gives me this message - this field is non editable because of existing object attribute values. I need to change it, can you help me please.

Hi keti,
If the attribute is not empty you can't change the type. You should create a new attribute with the type that you want and copy the values of the wrong type and then delete it.

Keti, the only way to change Type Value is to delete all of the entries in that field. The best way is to"

1. export the records, 

2. Delete the values in the fields

3. Update the Value type

4. import the records to populate the fields again.

I don't think there is any other way to do this other then removing all the entries.
