Automation - Sent email > Content > Smart values

[IT Provider _PSQ_]

I am trying to create Automation rule where it sends an email but it is the content I am having trouble with.

In using our Employee Exit form, it asks for the Employee, and Offboarding Date.

How do I get this information into the email content?  Or is there somewhere where I can see the the {{ }} names used that denote each field that appears in our Exmployee Exit form?

Hi, 

The easiest way is to create custom fields and assign them to the relevant fields on your form. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/link-a-form-field-to-a-jira-field/

You can then access the details via a smart value like {{issue.Employee}} once the form is submitted.
